167 pages. Text in English. Profusely illustrated throughout with very interesting b&w photographs.

Publisher's paper wrappers, gilt title letterting, yap edges.

Scarce annual report still in great shape and with great content relating to Hawaii early in the 20th century. Numerous photos are interior views of buildings with people engaged in activities.

Book is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Book is not new or in "new" condition.

Binding gently age worn, light wear, remains overall clean and attractive as an object.

Text block paper is gently toned, internally still well preserved, tight, sound.

Still attractive on the shelf. Book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
