Among the first American published views of this Japanese artwork. Still largely under valued and appreciated, an important printed historical visual artifact issued during the expansion of United States in the middle of the 19th century.

Paper and image remains clean and well preserved with a fine patina and visual appeal. Great image. With light (non-offensive) offsetting in the blank background.
