Miniature leather book 1832 Philadelphia Hemans gilt red morocco 2 engravingsBrian DiMambro- Antiquarian Books, Maps & Prints
(Small pocket-sized 19th century American publishers leather bound book- near miniature size and format).
Wonderful period full leather binding, still tight and sound, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive. Pleasing age patina to the item, impossible to recreate and very different from any modern book.
Short video captures condition and appearance much better than words. Please watch prior to purchase to ensure a clear understanding of the book.
Nicer than typical for the type of miniature full leather binding of this era.
