Disbound marbled covers scrap album containing 209 different cards in album. All cards printed on heavy card stock paper, many on colored paper. Some pages blank or showing evidence of removal of some cards in the past.
Includes dozens of different period small business cards for a wide and fascinating range of products, including straw good, crockery & china, shoes, paper, dental supplies, cloths, wines & liquors, oysters, dry goods, coin silver, groceries, life insurances, etc.
Also includes a large assortment of admission tickets to a range of institutions and events such as lectures, music, cricket, balls, socials, including some raffle lottery tickets and even a season pass for the Long Island steamship "Nelly Baker".
