Beautiful decorative gilt stamped cloth bindings, spines and covers ornately gilt decorated and stamped, covers gilt decorated and stamped with eagle motif. Bindings remain tight and sound, excellent if not exceptional shelf appearance for this magnificent and richly illustrated four volume history set.
