Period full leather binding, cover gilt title and decorated with the US Seal.
Binding remains clean, tight, and sound. Leather chipped at head of spine, small repair to bottom edge of front cover, still pleasing appearance and nice age patina. Interior tight, clean and largely free of spotting or foxing.
Illustrations remarkably bright and well preserved, printed on glossy paper. Any age flaws are easy to overlook or forgive.
Book measures: 12 1/4" H X 9 1/4" W.
