Charming and scarce 18th century miniature engraved map with original outline hand color. Title set within an ornate scroll cartouche.
Map remains well preserved. Some light age wear or surface spotting/ soiling which is visible within the scan, but about as clean & nice as one could hope to find this elusive little map.
A cartographic depiction in miniature captured in a manner entirely unique to this era.
Sheet measures c. 4 1/4" H x 3 1/8" W.
Printed area measures c. 3 5/8" H x 2 1/2" W.
