Scarce early 18th century folio sheet Dutch issued map of the Holy Land. Engraved with original hand color. 

Based on the map of Phillipe de la Rue originally issued in Paris, 1651 by Mariette, this is the quite scarce Dutch version by this firm.

Large circular wreath title cartouche at top left with ribbons.

In VG to near fine, clean, well-preserved condition, excellent age patina.

Sheet measures c. 24" W x 17" H.

Printed area c. 20 1/2" W x 15 1/2" H.
