Collection of ten (10) assorted mid-19th century juvenile chap books. Most/ all contain small woodcut illustrations..

All show signs of age, sometimes heavy usage and typical wear, several with spines stitched by early owners with thread, all apparently complete except for one. Several have interesting very early owners names and dates. One with hand-made miniature book cover.

Interesting lot, offered as recently acquired.

Short video shows each one in nice detail and captures condition far better than words. Please watch prior to purchase to ensure total understanding of the lot. Lot contains a nice large assortment of perhaps 50+ miniature woodcuts of the first half of the 19th century, most of which can be seen in the video.
