Printed 1892, New York By Harper's Weekly- issued likely as a separate supplement.
Art by Victor Perard.
Original antique wood engraved/ lithographed panoramic harbor view print. Shows the New York harbor and sky line in fantastic detail, dozens of ships, statue of liberty visible.
A scarce and interesting oversized 19th century print.
In near VG antiquarian condition; mostly clean overall, light minor age dustiness or light surface wear, small scattered spotting or age soiling as seen, original fold-lines as issued, 3 1/4" split at the top edge which has been so nicely closed it appears as a fold-line when viewing the image, overall the print is clean and very attractive -- print has been priced according to this condition as described. Beautiful visual quality to print.
