Capre Ann Harbour Surveyed by the Rev. Felch & Mallone, Esq. in 1819 by direction of Com'dre Bainbridge.

(Massachusetts- New England).

Issued New York, c.1927-45 by E. & G.W. Blunt. Printed by Hooker. Plan engraved by Hatch. Lettering engraved by D.R. Harrison.

Charming little mid-19th century miniature engraved coastal chart. Unusual in that it attributes who letered the engraved plate as well as who engraved the urban plan with tiny stipple work.

With pleasing full hand color which greatly enhances the visual appeal of this small map.

Countless sounding depths, various navigational features including shoals, light house, directions for sailing and inlets, etc.

Nice looking example, some minor extraneous fold lines, central fold line slightly age browned and wrinkled, minor light surface age wear and toning as typical, but overall a superior visual example. Any age flaws are easy to forgive visually.

Original fold lines as issued.
