Period 1/4 leather binding. Marbled paper covered boards, engraved folding map of the world in double hemispheres, seventeen double page historical and geographical charts, most with original hand color.
Binding is well worn, loose (shaken), much of the spine leather dried and chipped away, covers rubbed.
Folding world map with split along center fold-line, but with bold original early hand color, paper age toned with minor small scattered spotting.
Book measures: 9 3/4" H X 6 3/4" W.
