A Study Beautiful Brunette Woman Soft Smile 1905 antique historic photo-printBrian DiMambro- Antique & Vintage Maps, Prints, Books & Gold Coins
(Beautiful Brunette Woman)
Issued 1905, New York by Burr McIntosh
A visually appealing antique halftone (photographic) printed image.
A splendidly, almost breath-takingly beautiful woman.
An original antique offset photographic print- meaning not an actual photograph per-se , but an old photographic image printed long ago on a large press for popular distribution. Extracted from a scarce short-lived photographic arts periodical produced at the beginning of the 20th century.
Please note- this loose sheet format is the only manner possible to own this particular antique image as an original.
A picture is worth a thousand words. The zoomable scan is a major part of the item description. Please examine closely, as what you see is what we will send you. [note: we grade very conservatively and always seek to disclose any noteworthy flaws ].
In near VG [or better] condition, overall clean & well preserved: displays uniform light minor age toning as typical, perhaps some faint staining, some soft creases or trivial scattered spotting. Possibly small minor edge repairs on the back with small pieces of archival tape. There is nothing physically wrong with this print that would make any collector not enjoy or desire owning it.
A lovely artistic image worthy of display which is not often seen, remains little known and is entirely worthy of hanging for display or presenting to someone as a unique thoughtful present.
A little known and vivid printed image which any collector, dealer, institution or person of artistic taste would be happy to own.
