(Costume- Fashion- Dress of the Commonality- Dress of an Arabian Gentleman- Robes- Turbans- Fisherman- Knife)

Engraved by T. Gimbrade

Printed ca. 1814-17, Charlestown Mass.

Scarce original antique engraved history print. Uncommon early 19th century image produced in America.

Paper shows typical gentle signs of age, minor normal waviness associated with age, some light spotting or foxing, some light noticable offsetting in the background, but is clean overall and retains its soundness.

A fine old print of quite some interest.

An appealing and not often seen antique view which could readily be collected on it's own merits, displayed or given as a present.

Please inspect enlargeable photo closely - Any noteworthy flaws to the printed surface area should be noticeable within zoomable picture provided .

Despite any small age flaws the sheet may display, the printed area remains fresh, clean and visually pleasing. The print is well preserved.

Overall a nice impression of an original and interesting antique printed image that any collector, dealer, institution or person of good taste would be happy to own.
