Lovely antique engraved map with attractive hand color.
A scarce large mid-19th century folio sheet map, printed on bond paper. Below the title is a key which names railroads built & proposed, coal fields and light houses both onshore and floating. Large inset lower left of Thames river from London to Goodwin Sands. Inset top right of Dublin bay.
In near VG or better condition, minor light surface age wear and toning as typical, some faint minor foxing in the blank margins, overall the image is clean, well preserved and very attractive.
