(Old Maps, 19th Century Maps, Americana, New England, Massachusetts, Kingston, Detailed City Plan).

Map of the Town of Kingston, Plymouth County, Mass.
Published 1875, Boston. Map by E.N. Boyden. Publ. by E.B. Stillings, Boston.
Large folding map on bond paper. Text in English.

Extensive numbered key at bottom identifies 190 schools, churches, and property owners within the Village and 240 more outside the Village.

Map is old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition.

Paper age worn, slight rubbing, small piece missing from top right edge (blank area), remains overall clean and attractive as a fragile survival. Old fold lines.

Text block paper is toned, signs of handling, small scattered spotting, internally still well preserved, tight, sound.

Still attractive on the shelf. The scarce map displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.

Please review photos for more detail and our best attempt to convey how this antique map survives.

Covers measures c. 26 1/1" H x 17 3/4" W.
