Charming early 18th century engraved miniature map with beautiful hand color.
California is shown as an island (see mcLaughlin below).
Note the outline shape of Florida, a vast Louisiana as well as New mexico. Above Florida is "Part of the English Colony".
Nice looking example, pleasing age patina, any minor age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
