Lovely condition. Leather remains supple, nice age patina. Text block clean, tight and sound, complete, light toning along page edges, trivial scattered small light spotting. Rare thus.
Short video captures condition much better than words. Please watch prior to purchase to ensure a clear understanding of the item. Nicer than typical for the type of book, all examples being rare survivals, especially given the intended audience and size.
