Attractive early 19th century antique engraved map with original outline hand color.

Covers from the border of North Carolina up toLake Erie & Huron, across to the District of Main(e). Large Western Territory in modern day Ohio which has an Indian Treaty line established 1795 by General Wayne. Various notations include mention of topography, portages, the last remnants of the Connecticut Land Reserve south of Lake Eria, early roads, court houses, etc.

Paper and image remains clean and well preserved with a fine patina and visual appeal.
