Strapwork title cartouche and engraved notes add to the visual appeal of this charming and scarce little map, issued by one of the most famous publishers of the time.
At the north is the undefinded island of Nova Zembla, at left is the Gulf of Finland & Sweden, Poland down to the Black Sea, the Caspian Sea at bottom right.
In near fine, clean condition, pleasing example.
