A 100 year old reprinting of Eleazar Wheelock's "A Plain and Faithful Narrative", a pamphlet first published in 1763, which details the progress of Wheelock's charity school. The school was originally founded to provide Christian education to the indigenous population then inhabiting New England, eventually leading to Dartmouth.
