Oblong format string tied book published by Allen & Ginter, a major tobacco company credited with creating the first collectible cigarette cards in the United States.
This small book features portraits and mini-biographies of famous inventors, including Edison, Fulton, Morse, Krupp, Gatling, Colt, and Franklin.
Thin cardstock cover lower corner broken off and crudely taped back long ago by previous owner. Edges of booklet slightly cupped due to old damp staining, but internal pages all still mostly clean and bright.
Despite the condition issues mentioned or seen in the short video, still an attractive and pleasing colorful promotional item.
