Folding promotional pocket map printed on both sides with a small loose promo errata slip affixed as issued (upside down). Text in English. On reverse is a detailed extensive list of many businesses.

Map is likely over 100 years old and shows some small inevitable signs of handling and time. 

Paper gently age worn, slight rubbing, remains overall clean and attractive as a fragile survival.

Paper is lightly toned, signs of handling, small scattered spotting, internally still well preserved, tight, sound.

The scarce map displays a pleasing and unique age patina and overall is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
