Stevengraph bookmark on original backing c. 1880 Coventry Stevens rare promo

Issued c. 1870-90 (?) Coventry & London by Thomas Stevens.

Interesting ephemeral survival of an inherently fragile colorful graphic item. Bookmark still pinned to the original pictorial company backing sheet as originally offered for sale by Stevens. A wonderful survival, among a relative few still extant thus. This example possibly unique, warrants further research.

No doubt scarce in any condition, this example beyond reproach. Still fresh, unsullied by use or handling, a specimen worthy of the best collections. 

Well preserved, nice looking example with pleasing age patina.
