32 pages. Text in English. Profusely illustrated throughout with photos which appear to all predate automobiles- the only transport seen is horse drawn carts. (Can you imagine such a life and what it would mean for you and the world at large and how it functions?).

Art Nouveau cover and style.

Publisher's heavy paper card stock wrappers, ornate gilt Harp and floral designs title lettering & cover decorations, oblong format.

View book is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Book is not new or in "new" condition.

Binding gently age worn, short closed tear to fore edge of front cover, some tiny edge and corner chipping, spine chipped, binding inherently fragile, this example showing signs of handling but still pleasing, mostly light or inoffensive signs of use, handling and time but nothing severe or unsightly.  Book remains overall attractive as an object.

Paper is gently toned, still clean, tight, sound internally.

Still attractive on the shelf. The book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in overall nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws which may be present seem easy to overlook or forgive.
